Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

In Short

• Executes on moderate level business challenges involving data science.
• Defines measures of success and utilizes a data science vision for project success.
• Utilizes knowledge of consumer analytics including retention models and lead optimization.
• Employs moderate knowledge of programming, complex ETL, and specialized modeling methods.
• Partners closely with IT, business, and data management/engineering teams.
• Develops presentations and communicates complex technical material to non-technical associates.
• Manages moderate model deployments via MLOps techniques.
• Mentors junior data science team members.

Requirements

• Experience in data science and analytics.
• Knowledge of programming languages relevant to data science.
• Understanding of ETL processes and complex modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Mentorship experience is a plus.
