• Work directly with clients and deliver consulting projects.
• Support execution of quantitative research from start to finish.
• Develop data science solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Work on interdisciplinary projects using math, statistics, and machine learning.
• Transform complex models into user-focused visualizations.
• Requires working East Coast hours.
• Must be detail-oriented and passionate about data.
• Engage in client communication and deliver insights-based reports.

Requirements

• BA/BS from a top university in a related field; MA/MSc is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong technical background with new technologies.
• Excellent quantitative skills.
• High level of Excel skills including VBA.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with statistical packages like R or SPSS.
• Familiarity with CX tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong design sense.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
