• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and the non-life insurance sector.
• Solid experience in actuarial data analysis, pricing models, claims data analysis, and risk management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced statistical models and using predictive analytics.
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with insurance-specific platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
