• Customer Value – As a Customer Success Manager, your #1 goal will be to make sure that our customers are extracting the most possible value from our platform.
• Own responsibility for a designated book of customer accounts.
• Promote product value and champion customer ROI.
• Act as a hands-on product expert and consultant.
• Provide product expertise & best practices across qualitative analytics, market research, and consumer insights.
• Nurture customers to become passionate champions for Canvs AI.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Continuously improve skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Assist in creating product educational materials.
• Receive and react to customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field.
• Experience in market research, consumer insights, technology, and marketing.
• Experience in SaaS fields preferred.
• Exceptional ability to foster positive business relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills to drive results.
• Desire to be a critical impact player.
• Takes complete ownership of work.
• High emotional intelligence with empathy for customers’ problems.
• A technical inclination to understand the Canvs AI product suite.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
