Requirements

• Proven agency or client-side campaign experience as a Senior Art Director.
• Strong design and ideation skills with a relevant portfolio.
• Experience leading a team of designers.
• Excellent design craft and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of digital design and product design.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and empathetic teammate with cross-functional leadership experience.
