As the LATAM Data Lead at Canva, you will play a crucial role in building the data foundation for LATAM, shaping data strategies, and partnering with teams to drive growth and insights.

• Build the Data Foundation for LATAM, designing dashboards for key metrics.
• Own the LATAM Data Strategy end-to-end, setting targets and KPIs.
• Act as a bridge between local teams and global functions.
• Craft clear narratives from data to inspire action.
• Proactively identify growth bottlenecks and user behavior shifts.
• Support product initiatives and measure feature performance.
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills required.
• Experience with Canva’s data stack is a plus.
• Ability to define and track key metrics across user journeys.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and behavioral funnels.
