Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Community Lead to build, grow, and engage Canva’s Creator, Education, and SMB communities, accelerating growth in South Korea.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow community programs in Korea.
• Establish and analyze key performance metrics for community initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify campaigns.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events.
• Recruit and onboard new community members.

• Identify partnership opportunities with creative communities.

• Co-create content with the marketing team.
• Work with product teams to identify local needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in community and creator management.
• Proven track record of building successful communities in Korea.
• Strong project management skills.
• Creative thinker with content creation experience.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset balancing long-term vision and immediate priorities.
• Full proficiency in English and Korean.
