Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Canopy is responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare customers, ensuring they achieve meaningful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of healthcare customers with lower-to-moderate program complexity.
  • Build and maintain success plans and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with Professional Services during deployment phases.
  • Drive adoption by aligning training and workflows.
  • Identify customer risks and coordinate resolutions.
  • Create customer champions to advocate for Canopy.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the customer base.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
