Senior Project Leader - Health Sector - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will serve as a leader of authority and subject matter expert on large, complex or multiple Health projects, engaging multiple team members and clients while mentoring others.

• Lead internal Subject Matter Expert Teams.
• Publish or Present at least one time per year.
• Participate in marketing pursuits totaling $1M-$2M per year.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise.
• Lead user group meetings to assess program needs.
• Communicate planning concepts effectively.
• Translate planning concepts for clients and project teams.
• Develop architectural drawings and specifications.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Experience as a subject matter expert in Health market projects.
• Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to lead less experienced team members.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam required.
