Building Performance Analyst III - Remote

Overview

You will be a member of our multi-disciplinary sustainability team, collaborating with design and technical leadership as an integral part of project teams across the firm.

In Short

• Perform building performance analysis and produce graphical representations of results.
• Develop visually appealing graphical representation of building energy consumption and performance metrics.
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports.
• Research performance modeling methodologies to improve design solutions.
• Provide client and project team leadership for multiple projects.
• Develop research, case studies, and white papers.
• Assist in the production of narratives and project proposals.
• Experience with net-zero energy buildings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Familiarity with computational design and programming languages desired.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field required.
• A minimum of 6 years of related experience required.
• LEED, CPHC d, BEMP or similar certification strongly desired.
• Experience with EnergyPlus/Openstudio required.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and energy-related codes.
• Experience in Climate Studio and Ladybug tools desired.
• Proficiency with BIM applications a plus.
