Building Performance Analyst II - Remote

Overview

As a Building Performance Analyst II, you will be a member of a multi-disciplinary sustainability team, collaborating with design and technical leadership as an integral part of project teams across the firm.

In Short

• Perform building performance analysis and produce graphical representations of results.
• Develop visually appealing graphical representation of building energy consumption and other performance metrics.
• Conduct detailed energy and daylighting analyses.
• Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and compliance reports.
• Research performance modeling methodologies and software.
• Provide client and project team leadership for multiple projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to clients.
• Develop research, case studies, and white papers.
• Assist in project proposals.
• May perform related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field required.
• A minimum of 4 years of related experience required.
• LEED, CPHC d, BEMP or similar certification desired.
• Experience with data analysis, energy modeling, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with net-zero energy buildings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with EnergyPlus/Openstudio required.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE Standards and energy codes.
• Experience in computational design and programming languages desired.
• Experience in Climate Studio and Ladybug tools desired.
