Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager - Warehouse/3PL - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support our indirect sourcing initiatives within our warehousing and 3PL categories. This role is integral to driving cost-effective procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality and supply continuity across the organization. As part of the sourcing team, you’ll play a key role in executing the strategic vision for sourcing, contracting, and supplier management of goods and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• CPSM certification preferred; PMP or Lean Six Sigma desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and innovative.
• eCommerce and warehouse capex experience preferred.
