Requirements

  • Native Arabic Speaker.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS.
  • Experience onboarding clients through complex challenges.
  • Ability to manage accounts with annual contract values between $20K–$100K.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing a large portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset for assessing client needs.
  • Collaborative nature for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology is a plus.
