Overview

The Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant will work closely with the Mortgage Advisor to assist clients in the mortgage application process, providing administrative and business development support in a flexible, remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience in client service and customer experience.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ideally have experience in residential mortgages.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Willingness to complete assessments and skills tests.
