Overview

As a Resident Engineer at Ciena, you will provide system-level post-sales support for various Ciena products, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support.
• Excellent understanding of Ciena Packet products.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for fiber optic telecommunications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Mid-level expertise in data communications protocols.
