Overview

The Data Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality data for a variety of projects and tasks, providing in-depth data analytics, data entry, optimization, reporting, financial, and other types of analysis.

In Short

  • Work with internal departments and external partners to collect data.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Evaluate and monitor data integrity for projects.
  • Provide data entry and reportable analytics.
  • Follow CAN policies and ensure compliance with security and privacy framework.
  • Collaborate with the Data Manager and 340B Compliance Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical terminology.
  • Data validation and cleansing across multiple sources.
  • Organize and report monthly data analysis.
  • Develop short and long-term goals aligned with team objectives.

Requirements

  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data.
  • Understanding of SQL coding and database querying.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4-5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-years of experience in data analytics.
  • Ability to travel for job-related activities.
