In Short

• Contribute and improve how users can build C8 Processes powered within our platform.
• Understand, develop, and own the Java Backends (and React Frontends) of the C8 Applications.
• Drive the design and implementation of new features autonomously.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other Engineers during scoping, implementation, and code reviews.
• Improve developer experience through automation and monitoring.
• Propose architecture changes to enhance the fundamentals of our solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer using Java (Spring Boot, JUnit, REST APIs).
• Motivation to own the Backend/Frontend of Camunda applications.
• Proactive approach to managing individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a remote environment with written communication.
• Ownership of codebase and operational responsibilities.
