Senior Director, Product Design - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Product Design to lead our next chapter of product experience. Design is not a support function here—it’s a core pillar of how we differentiate and scale. You’ll join the executive team as a peer to the leaders of Product Management and Engineering and report directly to the CTO.

• Define and drive the UX vision across personas—from non-technical users to developers

Requirements

• Experience leading design in complex technical or enterprise product environments
• Strategic Design Leadership and Subject Matter Expertise
• Experience leading, building and managing high-performing teams
• User-centered design experience
• Execution excellence & Decision Making
• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
