In Short

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related questions throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• Responsible for preliminary payroll processing in close collaboration with the tax office.
• Creation of contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references.
• Handle operational tasks in personnel administration, such as monitoring and maintaining time and vacation accounts.
• Assist in recruiting, particularly in applicant management, including pre-selection and conducting interviews.
• Participate in trade fairs and other recruiting events.
• Contribute your enthusiasm and expertise to HR projects to ensure continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in HR or a comparable commercial training (e.g., HR specialist).
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar position.
• Experience in recruitment, including reviewing applications and conducting interviews.
• Solid knowledge of labor law, social security law, and HR-related regulations.
• Understanding and experience in preliminary payroll processing and related legal requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, a true team player, and ability to address diverse employee needs.
• Proficient in HR management systems (preferably HRWorks) and MS Office.
• Absolute trustworthiness and discretion are a given for you.
