Northeast Clinical & Professional Education Manager - Remote, USA

Overview

The Clinical & Professional Education Manager is responsible for leading and managing team members, executing clinical and professional education objectives across the Northeast region, and collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes for patients treated with Calyxo manufactured products.

In Short

• Manage and lead a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals.
• Develop and deliver clinical education to sales, clinical specialists, and OR staff.
• Coordinate New Hire Training content and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop educational content.
• Conduct quarterly assessments and reviews of team performance.
• Support case coverage needs in collaboration with Sales.
• Participate in new product development and market acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and vendor credentialing requirements.
• Manage peer-to-peer clinical education initiatives.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-achieving company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of clinical professional training experience.
• Experience in OR and surgical settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal skills for training surgeons and working with Sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage and develop training materials.
• Compliance with relevant regulations regarding vaccinations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
