  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes at state or federal level.
  • Analytical mindset for program performance assessment.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Technical knowledge of zero-emission technologies preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
