Overview

This Marketing Manager will be supporting efforts for Calm Health. Calm Health’s comprehensive mental health solution bridges the gap between mental and physical health with evidence-based programs created by psychologists. Designed to address mental health challenges including those that often go unsupported, Calm Health offers personalized plans that connect individuals to a range of relevant resources best suited to their needs including those provided by their employer.

In Short

• Build, test, and execute email and paid programs in Salesforce.
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid program channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, and 3rd party sponsorships.
• Assist in landing page creation and conversion rate optimization.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing campaigns.
• Use project management tools like Jira to organize tasks.
• Support the execution and delivery of creative assets to paid vendors.
• Work closely with product, marketing ops, and business development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing, marketing operations, analytics, or automation.
• Expertise in building Salesforce campaigns, reports, and dashboards.
• Skilled in building and executing marketing campaigns, proficiency with MAP platforms (Marketo preferred).
• Experience managing B2B paid program channels.
• Experience managing website planning and updates.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Creative and experimental mindset.
• Highly data-driven.
