Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Software Sales to lead and expand the worldwide sales of our turbomachinery software suite.

In Short

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a global sales team.

  • Proven track record in technical software sales.
  • Strong understanding of turbomachinery, CAE software, or related engineering tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading international sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Domestic and international travel is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant sales or sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in an industrial or aerospace setting.
