Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Power Systems emphasis or Economics with Energy Market focus.
• Master's Degree or PhD preferred.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Experience in optimization and power system analysis.
• Knowledge of electric utility operations and market design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to handle a dynamic work environment.
