Overview

The Student Success Advisor, Bootcamp Division is responsible for delivering high-touch, end-to-end support to students enrolled in accelerated certification bootcamps, ensuring they stay engaged, on track, and prepared for successful course completion and certification outcomes.

In Short

• Work from home while residing in California, New Mexico, Florida, or Massachusetts.
• Deliver support to bootcamp students from enrollment through certification.
• Monitor attendance and maintain student communication.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve student issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct welcome calls for new students.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Encourage student participation in surveys.
• Provide resources to help students succeed in certification exams.
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service or student success.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.

• Reliable transportation for occasional on-campus duties.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours if necessary.
