Overview

The Senior Unified Communications (UC) Systems Administrator will support the Department of Homeland Security's IT operations, focusing on the administration of Video Teleconferencing, Video Streaming, and Digital Signage.

Requirements

• US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level Video Conferencing.
• Expert knowledge of UC solutions from major vendors.
• Experience with Cisco and Polycom UC solutions.
• Cisco CCNA Collaboration certification or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting UC voice, video, and call center solutions.
