Unified Communications Administrator - App Packager - Remote

Overview

The Unified Communications Administrator will provide ongoing support for MEMCM/Intune services, implement service enhancements, and manage the full application life cycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with SCCM infrastructure.
• Experience with desktop migration from Windows 10/11.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience managing GPOs in desktop environments.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection and Microsoft Intune is desirable.
• Experience with BitLocker and 802.1x authentication is a plus.
