Lead ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

The Lead ServiceNow Developer will work on developing complex applications for the Federal Protective Service, focusing on workflows, module configuration, and application design within the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows and configure modules for various applications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and document development progress.
• Design and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP or REST.
• Ensure compliance with DHS ServiceNow Platform Guidance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to accomplish project tasks.
• Communicate effectively with government personnel.
• Maintain system design documentation.
• Support the development of use cases and testing procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 18 years of experience or MA/MS with 15 years of experience.
• Active ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with ITSM, ITBM, CSM, WSD, HRSD.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
• Experience in scrum and agile frameworks.
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry On Duty (EOD).
• Independent self-starter and proactive in problem-solving.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is desired.
• Previous DHS or DoD experience is a plus.
