Business Process Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Business Process Specialist will provide consultation and process improvement support to Government customers, focusing on Shipyard and NAVSEA operations.

• Provide consultation and process improvement support.
• Facilitate and manage local and corporate working groups.
• Support NAVSEA business operations and initiatives.
• Analyze and assess activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for iCoP events.
• Manage communications and customer expectations.

• Support contract requirements and reporting.

• Maintain operational alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Ability to obtain DOD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Training in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Desired PMP certification and experience with the Navy.
