Overview

The Business Analyst - NCAPS will support the modernization and sustainment of enterprise business solutions used by NASA, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain business requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with development teams during sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to pass a NASA background investigation.
• Advanced degree or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience in public sector contracting is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
