Overview

The Template Optimization Specialist is responsible for creating and updating provider templates to enhance scheduling efficiency and improve patient access at UMass Memorial Health.

• Responsible for the creation and updates of provider templates.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience.
• 1 year of master template experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead change and advocate for customers.
