Overview

As a Technical Services Engineer II, you will ensure seamless technical operations for our customers, providing reliable support across various platforms while mentoring colleagues and managing IT systems.

In Short

  • Provide comprehensive support to end-users and manage network operations.
  • Resolve workstation issues and perform server/network administration.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365.
  • Mentor team members and maintain documentation.
  • Provide professional end-user support via multiple channels.
  • Monitor and audit computer systems and backups.
  • Assist with hardware, software, and peripheral maintenance.
  • Handle account creation and user administration.
  • Provide proactive communication to users regarding service issues.
  • Work hours are Monday-Friday, 11am to 8pm ET, with on-call requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows 10 Pro troubleshooting.
  • 1+ years of experience in Windows Active Directory administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA Network+ and A+ Certification.
  • Expertise with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X.
  • Understanding of advanced LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff.
