Junior Reference Architecture Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Junior Reference Architecture Engineer is responsible for feature deployments and platform updates to C3 Reference Architecture customers, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the development of the C3 Reference Architecture Platform.

• Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to deploy new features and patches.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployments and baseline configurations.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on platform technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement by resolving product-related issues.
• Support customers by documenting and providing deployment support.
• Automate deployment and validation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support in-house developed solutions.
• Develop and maintain competencies on internal IT infrastructure.
• Backfill internal IT tasks as required.
• Engage in a multidisciplinary role across various IT domains.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cloud-first architecture and experience with Microsoft cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK, ServiceNow, or CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft GCC High and Azure Government.
• Exposure to compliance requirements for the U.S. Defense Industrial Base.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in IT or software engineering.
• Fluency in PowerShell and general scripting.
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation.
• Familiarity with software version control and infrastructure automation.
