The University ED Registration Representative is responsible for handling patient registration duties, including obtaining and verifying patient information, insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in hospital admissions, insurance, or billing preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Computer skills including Windows navigation.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
