The Patient Care Assistant II provides essential support in the Emergency Department, assisting with patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

  • Provide patient care and assist with daily living activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current CNA or EMT license preferred.
  • Prior clinical experience or nursing student status required.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
