Overview

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing Computerized Axial Tomography Scan procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining safety standards in a healthcare environment.

• Prepares patients for C.A.T. scans and ensures comfort.
• Operates CT Scanner for diagnostic imaging.

Requirements

• ARRT certification in Radiology is required.
• RTR licensure in Massachusetts is required.
• CT modality certification within 1 year of employment.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to maintain CEUs for ARRT and DPH.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail for technical quality of scans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to assist patients and operate equipment.
