Senior Backend Engineer - Remote

• Own the backend using Fastify, Typescript, Postgres, Redis, and Meilisearch.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to shape user experience.
• Set up and optimize data pipelines and system architecture for scale.
• Define and drive backend culture, best practices, and tests.
• Be hands-on from idea to shipped product.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling backend systems for high-traffic consumer apps.
• Strong knowledge of Postgres, including performance tuning and indexing.
• Experience designing clean APIs and testing them.
• Proactive ownership and ability to get things done.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, async environments.
