Overview

The Utility Technician (General) is responsible for operational maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial buildings, systems, and maintenance equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Possession of EPA licensing or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work requests.
• Flexibility to provide critical services as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong communication skills.
