Overview

The Office Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to employees, customers, and vendors, while managing various clerical and office duties.

In Short

• Provide general office services and clerical support.
• Compose and process correspondence using MS Word.
• Create statistical reports using Excel.
• Assist in scheduling and administering facility functions.
• Handle receptionist duties, including phone call routing.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with special projects in the office services team.
• Ensure proper operation of office equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• At least 1 year of experience in office/facility services.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Good communication skills to work across departments.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet timelines.
