Overview

The Janitorial Recruiting Specialist will provide operational support for all areas of janitorial hiring, managing processes in Workday and assisting with onboarding.

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Hybrid position, 2-3 days in office.
• Collaborate with various teams for effective recruitment.

Requirements

• High school degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday and MS Office.
• Prior experience with Kronos and MS Teams is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills, friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of governance and compliance in HR.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
