Overview

The Control Systems Lead (CSL) at C&W Services plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) control systems to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern facility with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in control systems.
• Proficiency in PLC, HMI, and VFD programming.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience with a variety of conveyors and sortation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks.
