Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Accountant is responsible for cash and accrual management functions, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring high-quality and accurate work under limited supervision.

In Short

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting including analysis of accounts.
• Prepare cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain organization of high-volume workload for multiple clients.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely and accurately.
• Research and analyze accounting issues and communicate effectively.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with clients and property management.
• Comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Utilize accounting software and MS Office.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Some experience in accounting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong keyboarding and 10 Key skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer/client focus.

• Organizational skills.
