Accountant - Remote

Overview

As an Accountant at Akuo, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the deployment of accounting practices across various entities.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions.
• Check purchase and sale entries.
• Assist in periodic financial closings.
• Apply and develop internal accounting procedures.
• Support ERP deployment in different countries.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work on statutory audits for various entities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ higher education in accounting and management.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Knowledge of international IFRS standards.
• Fluent in English and French.
