Overview

Akuo Energy is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee its Wind farm projects in Serbia, responsible for managing site activities, contractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise contractors.
• Report on HSE, E&S, contractual issues, and risks.
• Coordinate project permitting and documentation.
• Assist in setting up construction contracts.
• Ensure good execution on site and minimize disturbances.
• Control risks and avoid claims.
• Organize weekly coordination meetings.
• Manage site supervisors and ensure quality compliance.
• Issue regular progress reports to project coordinators.
• Participate in risk management activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Construction Management as a site manager in Serbia.
• Experience within an EPC is preferred.
• Familiarity with FIDIC rules.
• Experience in Wind Projects is a plus.
• Fluent in Serbian and English; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Able to work in an informal environment.
