Quality Control Technician - Remote

Overview

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements within the Service organization at BD, a leading global medical technology company.

• Perform inspections and functional testing on returned products.
• Document inspection results and create quality records.
• Inspect completed Service History Records for accuracy.
• Support complaint investigations and quality issue resolutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with FDA QSR and ISO 9000/13485.
• Experience with ServiceMax and TrackWise is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and interpret operational procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to enter data and prepare reports using a computer.
• Willingness to be part of a team that values accountability and improvement.
