Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Data & BI team and help us transform the way we use data to optimise marketing and acquisition efforts.

In Short

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, and acquisition teams.
• Design, implement and analyse incrementality tests.
• Optimise mix-media marketing model.
• Validate predictive LTV as a signal for marketing spend optimisation.
• Investigate potential sources of channel cannibalisation.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and causal inference techniques.
• 3-5 years of experience in data science and marketing.
• Experience with R, Python, and SQL.
• Ability to create compelling stories with data.
• Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in multi-touch attribution and geo-testing.
• Experience working with marketing teams.
• Strong competency in SQL.
• Experience with data manipulation and visualisation.
• Ability to communicate data insights effectively.
• Experience building and optimising mix-media models (nice to have).
• Experience with DBT (data build tool) (nice to have).
