Overview

As a Consultant at Businessolver, you will be responsible for generating, educating, and fostering opportunities from prospect to client to grow the company's market share while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

In Short

  • Understand customers’ business objectives and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy to create value for clients.
  • Manage a book of business and consult on opportunities.
  • Responsible for client relationships at the Director level and above.
  • Define and execute renewal and up-sell strategies.
  • Assist with best practice identification for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product updates.
  • Educate clients on industry updates and legal changes.
  • Demonstrate the value delivered by Businessolver.
  • Drive collaboration across business units for client value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Benefit Administration sales and client success.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits.
  • Experience with employer groups of 10,000 lives or more.
  • GBA, CEBS, PHR Designations preferred.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze and present data relevant to client goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desire to learn about cutting-edge technology.
