Overview

The Business Development and Grant Writing Consultant will support the FaRM team at Busara in expanding its portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and securing funding opportunities in the agricultural sector.

In Short

Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Develop and refine pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Facilitate strategic partnerships with key organizations.
Develop compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
Collaborate with the FARM team to align activities with goals.
Ensure timely submission of all proposals and documents.

Requirements

Proven experience in grant writing or fundraising.
Strong understanding of behavioral economics.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven track record of successful grant applications.
Ability to conduct thorough donor research.
Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
