Project Manager (OCM) - Remote

Overview

As a non-exempt/hourly Technical Project Manager at Burwood, you will be responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects within client accounts, ensuring adherence to best practices and proactive management of project profitability.

In Short

• Full lifecycle management of key projects
• Point of client-facing escalation for customer satisfaction
• Develop a 'Trusted Advisor' reputation with enterprise clients
• Partner with Account Executives and Architects during presales
• Experience in organizational change management
• Ability to create and implement training strategies
• Competent in building presentations and workflow diagrams
• Preferably versed in Agile and Waterfall frameworks
• At least one Project Management certification required
• Nice to have experience in healthcare or M&A initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in organizational change management
• Ability to create effective training strategies
• Demonstrated capability in supporting new processes
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
• Project Management certification (PMP or CSM preferred)
• Competent in presentations, process mapping, and SOWs
• Experience in healthcare or M&A initiatives is a plus
