Remote Sales Representative (Part-Time)

Overview

As a Sales Representative with Monster Transmission & Performance, you will play a crucial role in shaping positive customer experiences by providing expert assistance and guidance through incoming calls and live chat interactions on our website.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• This is a part-time position currently scheduled for 24 hours a week from Saturday through Monday.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• This is an hourly role with a base rate of $15.00 an hour in addition to uncapped commission opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
